AHHHH… 2025.
What a year. 🖤

If I could sum it up in one word, it would be whirlwind - in the very best way.

From emotional countryside ceremonies to candlelit barn receptions, hand-fasting rituals, pub weddings, styled shoots at home and abroad, and everything in between… this year was packed full of moments I’ll never forget.

So here it is - my Honey & Heather Weddings Wrapped 2025.

100,000+ Images Taken, One Story at a Time

Over 100,000 photographs were captured this year, but what mattered most wasn’t the number - it was the stories behind them.

Tiny glances before the aisle.
Tears during vows.
Golden-hour walks.
Kids running through fields.
Drinks spilled at pub bars.
Hands squeezed during speeches.

Every wedding was completely different - but every one was filled with emotion, connection, and meaning.

30 Weddings, 30 Beautifully Unique Love Stories

In 2025, I had the absolute honour of photographing 30 weddings.

From elegant manor houses to relaxed pub receptions and wild outdoor ceremonies, no two couples were the same - and that’s exactly how I like it.

You trusted me with:

your nerves
your families
your once-in-a-lifetime moments

And that’s something I never take lightly.

25 Venues Across the UK (and Beyond)

This year took me to 25 different wedding venues, from grand historic buildings to cosy, intimate spaces.

Every location brought its own light, atmosphere and energy… and that variety is what allows me to tell each story in a way that feels honest and unique.

6 Styled Weddings (3 Abroad!)

Alongside real weddings, 2025 also brought six styled shoots, including three abroad. One in Vienna, Austria, one in Porto, Portugal & one in Lisbon, Portugal. I also captured a beautiful Icelandic boudoir session, but you’ll have to head to my other website for that!

These creative projects let me push my artistic style, explore editorial storytelling, and bring fresh inspiration back into my real-life weddings - so your photos never feel dated, stiff or cookie-cutter.

3 Handfasting Ceremonies

I also photographed three handfasting ceremonies this year - beautiful, meaningful rituals that celebrate love in such a deeply personal way.

Watching couples literally tie their lives together will never stop being special.

Yes… 2025 also included one cat at a wedding.
And honestly? Iconic.

One Very Random Pot Noodle Raffle

I never know what’s coming on a wedding day… but a mid-reception pot noodle raffle definitely wasn’t on my bingo card. 😂

And yet, it was one of the funniest, most joyful moments of the year.

This is why I love weddings - they’re real, weird, wonderful and completely unpredictable.
