Well! What can I say about this gorgeous couple? They are absolutely perfect for each other. I just get such a lovely vibe from them, so warm and loving. This entire family was incredible to shoot. Everyone was laughing and having such a great day, it couldn’t have been better!

I met James & Diane back a few months ago when I shot their engagement photographs. Due to COVID, they had been messed around quite a bit, but family/friends really came together to give them the most incredible day. In the heart of Merthyr, South Wales, the two venues were decorated in such a lovely way. The flowers from Wilde Posies (@wildeposies) were INCREDIBLE, I never knew flowers could be so big…! I also have to give a little shout out to the amazingly talented makeup artist Amy-Jayne (@xajmakeupartistry) who has now become a great contact and friend.

One thing that I absolutely adored about this wedding was that the ceremony was officiated by a close friend of the couple. This made everything so much more personal and so much lovelier! I could really tell that this was a huge family that all had so much love for one another. Everyone was so warm and caring, and each welcomed me in, leaving me coming away from the day as a friend instead of a stranger!
