South Wales Wedding Photographer
Hey! Thanks for finding me here. You’ll find a whole bunch of information on this site, all about your investment for wedding photography in South Wales or beyond. I like to keep things straight to the point, but it’s important you know who you’re getting in with; so there’s definitely some must-reads on me as a person, as well as information about how I work, and what to expect.
Hey, I’m Heather
I’m the face & soul behind Honey & Heather. This business is my very own love story- and my dream come true.
You’re here, and all you want to know is how much it’s [Your Wedding photography package] going to cost you. I know, I know! But, you have to wait a little longer.
You’re obviously still reading this because you care about your photography; and more importantly, who your photographer will [might] be. That’s how I already know you’re somebody I’d like to chat with.
Why ME?
Your Wedding Photographer in South Wales or Beyond
The people who choose to work with me, choose me because we gel. I have a bubbly personality, and a lot of people might not like that. That’s completely okay! If you want an editorial and documentary wedding photographer who will hide in the bushes, and say three words all day… or a Boudoir Photographer who won’t hype you up for the entire session… please go elsewhere!
I’ll be the life of the party, the shoulder to cry on, and the person to hype you up when you need hyping up. If it’s a wedding- your guests are going to know about me; and if you love me, then I know that they will too [whether they say they’re shy in front of the camera or not!] <3
Whether it’s a session, or a full day- you’re essentially going to be with whoever you choose for a pretty long time- on a potentially emotional, and definitely life-changing day. You NEED to feel at ease with that person, and be able to trust that they can capture that as well.

“I’m so glad Heather photographed our wedding. The photos are incredible. Lot’s of people said to me how lovely she was on the day, and Maximus (our dog) was her new best friend! The photos really do speak for themselves.”

For each wedding the time that we leave could be completely dependent on the day itself.
Typically, we arrive for Bridal/Groom preparations around three hours before your ceremony time. This leaves more than enough time to have a scout around the venue grounds, grab detail shots, and get some bridesmaids/groomsmen group shots. It also allows time for first looks if that’s something you’d like to consider doing.
We usually leave around half an hour after the first dance ends. More often than not, the party will have died back down a little ready for evening buffet, and we head out here! Unless of course you’re doing fireworks or sparklers!

Having a second shooter is a fantastic option if you are having a wedding with a large amount of guests. As a wedding photographer, I will always try my best to get at least a few shots of everybody on the big day, aside from the formal shots, however, this can be quite difficult if there are more guests, as I obviously cannot be in more than one place at one time.
It’s also extremely beneficial if you want your partner to also get their bridal/groom prep photographed alongside your own!

No! Sadly, I have stopped offering Wedding Videography, however, I have so so many amazing suppliers that I can recommend for you- so feel free to ask me.
